Job Description

• Order processing for local & export.
• Arrangement of outgoing and incoming shipment via ocean, air, and road
• Prepare and Monitor custom/shipping regulations and compliance requirements to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with logistics providers/supplier to arrange transportation for incoming & outgoing shipments.
• Cooperating with external production and arrangement of stock level when required;
• Prepare quotation for clients
• Monitoring of stock inventory.
• Reporting of sales analysis.
• Invoice compilation for specific customers, when required.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary at ad-hoc basis.

Job Requirements

Required Skill :

· Microsoft Word

· Microsoft Excel

· Have experience in using SAP Business One (not a must)

Required Language :

· English

· Chinese

· Bahasa Malaysia

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in any related fields. Preferably those with similar experience within shipping industry of at least 3-4 years.
• Good analytical and organizing skills.
• Able to work independently and as a team in a highly dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, self-motivated, detail-minded, well organized.
