Job Description

• Assist and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
• Manage employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and facilitate workforce planning.
• Handle employee relations matters, address grievances, and promote a positive work environment.
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Coordinate training and development programs to upskill employees and promote career growth.  Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Manage HR records, including personnel files, benefits documentation, and other relevant data.
• Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
• To support in any other HR and administrative tasks as and when required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• Proven experience at least 3 years in HR roles.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills with a firm, decisive and mature personality
• Achievement orientated, self-starter, independent and possess a high degree of selfmotivation and able to work under pressure and multitasking.
• Proficient in both written and spoken in English will be added advantage.
• Willing to travel if necessary
