Job Description

Sales Support

· Prepare quotation for customers.

· Order processing rental.

· Monitoring of stock inventory.

· Invoice compilation for specific customers, when required.

· Cooperating with external production and arrangement of stock level when required;

· To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned Commercial Director or other officers as may be decided by the Company.

· Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary at ad-hoc basis.

· Able to work independently and team work.

· Oversee our support team.

Logistic

• Arrangement of outgoing and incoming shipment via ocean, air, and road
• Prepare and Monitor custom/shipping regulations and compliance requirements to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
• Responsible for outgoing shipment arrangement which includes vessel, truck booking and preparation of shipping documents such as invoice, packing list, Delivery Order & others related documents if required.
• To prepare and process all shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoices, Certificate of Origin and etc.
• To verify bills from shipping agents, forwarders, transporters, government authorities and etc for payment purpose.
• Coordinate with logistics providers/supplier to arrange transportation for incoming & outgoing shipments.
• Knowledge on Letter of Credit (LC) is preferred

Job Requirements

Required Skill :

· Microsoft Word

· Microsoft Excel

· Have experience in using SAP Business One (not a must)

Required Language :

· Bahasa Malaysia

· English

· Chinese

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in any related fields. Preferably those with similar experience within shipping industry of at least 2-3 years.
• Good analytical and organizing skills.
• Able to work independently and as a team in a highly dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, self-motivated, detail-minded, well organized, able to work independently as well as in a team.
