Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies for every products, including construction, plantation, industrial, and agricultural equipment.
• Lead, manage, and motivate product & sales managers, dealer networks, and sales teams
• Set sales targets, pricing strategies, and performance KPIs aligned with company objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and dealers
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand
• Coordinate with after-sales, service, parts, and branches teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline reporting
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings
• Maintain good rapport and handle all dealings with principal suppliers

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
• 8–12 years of experience in sales within heavy equipment, machinery, construction equipment, or industrial sectors
• Proven leadership experience managing large sales teams or dealer networks
• Strong understanding of equipment specifications, applications, and technical sales
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Experience with government, corporate, is a strong advantage
