<p><strong>Overview:</strong><br>Design and implement customized software solutions to meet customer needs. Collaborate with the Application Support team and R&amp;D team to ensure solutions meet customer satisfaction.</p>

<li>Design, develop and maintain software products that meet customer requirements</li>
<li>Establish discussion with customers on <strong>new features and/or customization solutions</strong> based on request.</li>
<li>Preparing<strong> technical documentation</strong> such as system customisation spec sheet based on customer feedback and requirements.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain test data to support various testing scenarios as and when there is new version of update release.</li>
<li>Participate in solution demo on new system to new customer or existing customer.</li>
<li>Collaborate with related departments in ensuring the continuous testing processes</li>
<li>improvement and enhance efficiency and effectiveness.</li>
<li>Work closely with the R&amp;D team for enhancement and customization and solving of software bugs related issues.</li>
<li>Provide<strong> L1 and L2 support </strong>for customer in terms of troubleshooting and perform data amendment when required (may be after office hours in emergency cases).</li>
<li>Any other projects assign by Management from time to time.</li>
