<ul><p>This role's primary responsibilities are to support the department in installing machines at client sites, servicing and repairing faulty devices, and completing other tasks within the Northern region of Malaysia (Penang, Perlis, Kedah, Perak, and surrounding areas).</p>

<li>Daily preparation and verification of orders to ensure accuracy before delivery.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Daily servicing and repair of faulty devices, including hardware and network issues.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Daily delivery of orders to customers, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Daily monitoring and resolution of customer support tickets, providing timely responses and solutions.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Installation and configuration of machinery and equipment at client sites in the Northern region of Malaysia (Penang, Perlis, Kedah, Perak, and surrounding areas).&nbsp;</li>
<li>On-site support and training for clients, including hardware installation and front POS operations.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Testing and diagnosing hardware and network issues, both on-site and remotely.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Preparing customer image data for implementations and ensuring data accuracy.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assisting in the setup and maintenance of office equipment and facilities within the Northwest region.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conducting regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing issues.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Participating in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and share feedback.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Completing other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the department, within the Northern region of Malaysia (Penang, Perlis, Kedah, Perak, and surrounding areas).</li>
