Job Description

 Requirements

• Full time internship for Diploma/ Degree students from Accounting/Finance related programs
• Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask is always a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Preferable with 3-6 months internship period

Responsibility

1. Data entry and documentation

• Book keeping and recordings (for balance sheet, P&L...)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in accounting system
• Aid in Month-end closing preparation.

1. Assisting account payable and receivable

• Bank statements reconciliation, SST preparation and submissions.

1. Audit assistance/support

• Generating account/financial report and submitting for audit purpose.

1. Expenses management/tracking

• Recording account data and responding to accounting/finance queries on a daily basis.
• Track all payments made and perform daily checking on the bills

1. Undertake any ad hoc tasks support when needed
