Job Description

 We are looking for a Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our trading card shop. This role is responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly, efficiently, and maintains a welcoming environment for customers and collectors.

The Branch Manager will manage day-to-day store operations, including staff coordination, inventory organization, store presentation, and overall operational flow. Responsibilities include supervising staff, arranging and monitoring inventory displays, maintaining shop cleanliness and organization, and ensuring the store operates efficiently throughout the day.

As we are a growing startup, the ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and helping to improve existing processes. The Branch Manager will play an important role in identifying operational gaps, proposing practical solutions, and gradually building more structured systems to support the store’s growth.


Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day workflow
  • Manage and coordinate staff schedules, responsibilities, and performance
  • Organize and monitor inventory arrangement, storage, and product displays
  • Manage and maintain the shop’s social media presence, including posting updates, new arrivals, and promotional content.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized shop environment
  • Ensure a positive and professional customer experience
  • Identify operational issues and implement practical improvements
  • Assist in developing simple systems and procedures to improve store efficiency

Qualities & Skills We Are Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high operational standards
  • Ability to use operational systems efficiently, including POS systems, inventory tracking, and basic digital tools.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and ability to create simple promotional content.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and suggest solutions
  • Proactive and resourceful attitude, willing to take initiative when challenges arise
  • Organized and structured thinking, able to bring clarity and order to operations
  • Adaptability and flexibility, comfortable working in a startup environment where processes are still evolving

Working Arrangement

  • 6 working days per week
  • 1 off day per week (Monday or Tuesday)
  • 9 working hours per day (inclusive of 1 hour break)
