About the role

As the Branch Manager at Ban Hin Bee Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of our retail store located in Sungai Petani, Kedah. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in ensuring the success and growth of our local branch.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, sales and customer service
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase profitability and enhance the customer experience
3. Oversee the recruitment, training and development of store personnel to build a highly motivated and skilled team
4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and health and safety regulations
5. Analyse store performance data and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management
6. Foster a positive, collaborative and customer-centric culture within the store

Job Requirements

 What we're looking for

1. Proven track record as a successful retail store manager, preferably within the consumer products industry
2. Strong people management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
4. Proficient in inventory management, budgeting and financial analysis
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
6. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
