Job Description

The Pastry Chef is responsible for preparing, baking and presenting high-quality desserts, pastries and baked goods. This role requires creativity, precision and strong knowledge of baking techniques while maintaining food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake pastries, desserts, breads, cakes and other baked goods
  • Develop new dessert recipes and seasonal menu items
  • Ensure consistent quality, taste and presentation of all products
  • Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and standards
  • Decorate pastries and desserts with attention to detail
