<li>Decorate pastries and desserts with attention to detail</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen</li>
<li>Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation regulations</li>
<li>Manage inventory and assist with ordering ingredients and supplies</li>
<li>Train and supervise junior kitchen or pastry staff when required</li>
