👨‍🍳 Role Overview

As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for managing your assigned kitchen section (grill, fry, wok, sauce, etc.), ensuring consistent food quality, and leading junior team members during service.

You play a key role in delivering excellence on every plate.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your assigned kitchen section.
   
• Ensure food quality, portion control, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
   
• Prepare and supervise mise en place before service.
   
• Maintain hygiene and food safety compliance.
   
• Train and guide Commis and Kitchen Crew.
   
• Monitor stock levels and practice FIFO.
   
• Control waste and support food cost management.
   
• Coordinate with team members for smooth service flow.
   
• Support Sous Chef and Outlet Chef during busy periods.
   

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years kitchen experience.
   
• Experience handling a section independently.
   
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
   
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
   
• Team player with leadership qualities.
   
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
