<p>As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for managing your assigned kitchen section (grill, fry, wok, sauce, etc.), ensuring consistent food quality, and leading junior team members during service.</p>
<p>You play a key role in delivering excellence on every plate.</p>

<li>Lead and manage your assigned kitchen section.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure food quality, portion control, taste, and presentation meet company standards.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and supervise mise en place before service.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain hygiene and food safety compliance.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Train and guide Commis and Kitchen Crew.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor stock levels and practice FIFO.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Control waste and support food cost management.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with team members for smooth service flow.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support Sous Chef and Outlet Chef during busy periods.<br>&nbsp;</li>
