The Advanced Mechanical Design Engineer role will be responsible for the analysis, design and development of advanced heat transfer products. The product line includes plate/fin and tubular heat exchangers, water separators, ozone converters and cold plates. &nbsp; You will perform heat exchanger heat transfer and pressure drop analysis, and water separator and ozone converter efficiency and pressure drop analysis including analysis of existing applications as well as sizing new applications for internal or external customers based on well-defined or loosely defined boundary conditions.&nbsp; The primary analysis methods will be based on bulk-average and empirical models but will also require the use of internally-developed finite difference tools.
