<h2><strong>1. Job Responsibilities</strong></h2>
<p>(A) Accounting &amp; Administrative Duties</p>
<ul>
<li>Handle daily accounting operations and basic bookkeeping tasks</li>
<li>Prepare and process invoices and payment documents</li>
<li>Maintain and organize financial records and related documentation</li>
<li>Assist in general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations</li>
</ul>
<p>(B) Human Resources Duties</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage payroll processing for fewer than 10 employees</li>
<li>Handle statutory contributions, including EPF, SOCSO, and EIS</li>
<li>Maintain employee attendance, annual leave, and medical leave records</li>
<li>Maintain employee files and assist in general HR administrative matters</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>2. Job Requirements</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Minimum SPM qualification or above (Accounting, Finance, or Business-related fields are preferred)</li>
<li>Relevant working experience will be an added advantage</li>
<li>Responsible, detail-oriented, and meticulous in work</li>
<li>Good organizational skills and ability to work independently</li>
</ul>
