Job Description
- Build and manage relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and wholesalers (e.g. Hotelbeds, WebBeds)
- Drive room sales and occupancy through B2B partnerships, group bookings, and packages
- Negotiate rates, commissions, and contracts with partners
- Create agent-friendly packages, rate sheets, and promotions
- Organise FAM trips and conduct sales visits to agencies
- Expand into key markets (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, China, India)
- Manage distribution channels and ensure pricing, inventory, and booking efficiency
- Monitor performance and optimise revenue contribution from travel trade

Job Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in hotel sales or a similar hospitality role.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) like Opera.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
