Position Overview

As a Customer Relations Intern at our premium cigar lounge, you will be an ambassador of refined hospitality, dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences while deepening your understanding of luxury service and cigar traditions. Under guided mentorship, you will engage clients, support daily operations, and foster the exclusive ambiance that defines our lounge.

Key Responsibilities

  • ⁠ ⁠Welcome guests with personalized, polished hospitality, ensuring each client feels valued upon arrival.
  • ⁠ ⁠Assist patrons in selecting cigars and accessories, guided by their preferences and lounge standards (training provided).
  • ⁠ ⁠Manage reservations, respond to inquiries, and handle lounge seating with professional discretion and efficiency.
  • ⁠ ⁠Maintain lounge aesthetics, including presentation of cigar displays and adherence to cleanliness protocols.
  • ⁠ ⁠Observe and support cigar tastings or educational sessions, learning alongside senior staff.
  • ⁠ ⁠Relay guest feedback to management, contributing proactively to service enhancements.
  • ⁠ ⁠Uphold all tobacco-related regulations and organizational policies, ensuring safe and legal operations.
  • ⁠ ⁠Develop in-depth knowledge of our cigar portfolio, preparing to educate and delight guests.

Learning & Professional Development
