Job Responsibilities&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Research and identify potential customers, and support lead generation through calls, emails, messaging platforms and social media.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Engage with potential customers, respond to enquiries, understand their needs and introduce relevant products and services.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Follow up with interested leads and coordinate meetings for the sales team.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations and other sales and marketing materials.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain and update customer information, sales records and CRM databases, including tracking leads and follow-ups.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in maintaining client relationships and gathering customer feedback to support sales activities.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support sales campaigns, promotional activities and business development initiatives.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work closely with the sales and marketing team on day-to-day activities, projects and other tasks as required.&nbsp;</li>
