Job Responsibilities 

• Research and identify potential customers, and support lead generation through calls, emails, messaging platforms and social media. 
• Engage with potential customers, respond to enquiries, understand their needs and introduce relevant products and services. 
• Follow up with interested leads and coordinate meetings for the sales team. 
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations and other sales and marketing materials. 
• Maintain and update customer information, sales records and CRM databases, including tracking leads and follow-ups. 
• Assist in maintaining client relationships and gathering customer feedback to support sales activities. 
• Support sales campaigns, promotional activities and business development initiatives. 
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team on day-to-day activities, projects and other tasks as required.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements  

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications or a related field. 
• Confident when speaking to people and comfortable starting conversations with new customers.
• Naturally curious, commercially minded and eager to understand how businesses grow. 
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. 
• Able to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Willing to learn, take initiative and develop new sales and business development skills. 
• Able to commit to a minimum 10-week internship in Petaling Jaya.
