How To Survive Hunters

We are hiring an operational Petrol Station Manager to oversee a Shell service station and convenience store. The ideal candidate will manage / train staff, manage inventory, secure 100% financial accuracy, and strictly enforce Shell's safety standards.&nbsp;
Job Responsibilities

<li>Operations &amp; Safety</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Manage daily station, convenience store, and maintenance activities.</li>
<li>Enforce Shell Safety Standards, HSSE audits, and regulatory compliance.</li>
<li>Maintain the station's Licence to Operate (LTO) protocols.</li>
<li>Coordinate emergency preparedness (First Aid, Fire Drill, COPS).</li>
</ul>
2. Inventory &amp; Fuel Management
<ul>
<li>Supervise fuel levels, dipping tests, and delivery discharges.</li>
<li>Monitor stock levels for dry goods, fuel, and pastries.</li>
<li>Lead monthly stock counts and submit inventory reports.</li>
</ul>
3. Finance &amp; Reporting
<ul>
<li>Submit daily ROMPOS and operational reports to Shell.</li>
<li>Prepare 100% accurate daily Shift Financial Reports.</li>
<li>Minimize cash shortages through strict auditing and CCTV tracking.</li>
</ul>
4. Staff Management
<ul>
<li>Recruit, schedule, and train staff (cashiers, taggers, merchandisers).</li>
<li>Conduct performance reviews and manage monthly HR attendance.</li>
<li>Ensure team completion of Shell GEA training modules.</li>
</ul>
5. Sales &amp; Customer Service
<ul>
<li>Drive management targets for fuel, lube oil, and KPR.</li>
<li>Execute Shell marketing campaigns and station promotions.</li>
<li>Resolve customer feedback to protect brand image.</li>
</ul>
