<li>Handle incoming calls and emails, schedule appointments, and prepare basic reports for the team.</li>

Event &amp; Logistics Support

<li>Assist with event setup, equipment checks, and on-site coordination during activations.</li>
<li>Track and update inventory, prepare event materials, and liaise with vendors and crew to resolve issues quickly.</li>
</ul>
Records &amp; Financial Basics
<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate attendance, expense receipts, and petty cash records for events and daily operations.</li>
<li>Support simple invoicing, basic bookkeeping entries, and hand over documents for accounts processing.</li>
</ul>

• Support event activations: setup, equipment checks, inventory and vendor/crew liaison.
