Job Description

Design & Creative Delivery 

• You translate client briefs into buildable booth concepts and visual stories using clear 2D and 3D layouts. 
• You produce detailed AutoCAD plans, 3D models in Maya or equivalent, and presentation visuals in Adobe Illustrator for client sign-off. 

Production Coordination & Site Execution 

• You review designs for build feasibility, prepare production-ready drawings, and coordinate specifications with vendors and fabricators. 
• You attend site visits and support onsite inspections, adjusting designs as needed to meet safety and installation requirements. 

Collaboration & Project Management 

• You manage multiple projects, keep timelines up to date, and revise designs based on client and team feedback. 
• You communicate clearly with the event team, suppliers, and clients to preserve design intent and ensure smooth delivery. 

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience 

• You hold a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, 3D Design, or a related field. 
• Experience in event, exhibition, or booth design is highly preferred and will help you hit the ground running. 

Hard Skills & Knowledge 

• You are proficient in AutoCAD, Maya, Adobe Illustrator, or similar 2D and 3D design tools. 
• You demonstrate strong visualization skills and can present a portfolio with 2D layouts and 3D booth work. 
• You can produce production-ready drawings and assess build feasibility confidently. 

Soft Skills & Qualities 

• You work well under tight deadlines and can manage multiple projects with clear prioritisation. 
• You have good communication and teamwork skills for liaising with clients and vendors professionally. 
• Ability to speak and write Mandarin is an advantage. 
• You possess your own transportation for site visits and client meetings.
