Master Data Management
- Maintain the product master in the ERP system in line with the Group Data Management policy
- Respond to requests for new product creation in the ERP system while checking submitted data for discrepancies and errors and ensuring correct and consistent creation of products
- Avoid duplication of product entries and perform release of existing products from the product master
- Ensure data cleanliness to enable the organization to make strategic decision using data analysis
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to manage expectations and to obtain clarifications
- Prepare data upload templates for occasional batch upload exercise
- General administration as required
Customer / Vendor Account Management
- Create and maintain customer / vendor accounts in system
- Ensure company policies and good practices are observed
Data Analysis Support
- Compile data from structured and unstructured sources into a structured format for use in data analysis
- Support the Business Intelligence team by ensuring the required data is obtained from the country sources and available in the system for analysis
