JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with preparing tender documentation for new project bids, contract documentation with successful tender bids
• Conduct verification of material requisition and taking-off quantities/ site measurements of work done, preparing progress claims and invoices to clients and consultants to effect effective and efficient project management.
• Assist the Assistant Manager (Contracts) with monitoring and administration of the various contracts and sub-contract works including assistance with preparation of progress reports, the recommendation of payments, variation order certificates and final accounts documentation.
• Conduct client site representative liaison activities.
• Assist and guide new staff by providing on the job training and track work progress of subordinates.
