<li>Assist in managing day-to-day finance and human resources related operation matters of the subsidiaries.</li>
<li>Responsible in performing all accounting procedures, month end closing, journal entries, general ledger maintenance and preparing supporting schedules for financial statements of the subsidiaries.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing, examining, and analysing accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports of the subsidiaries to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.</li>
<li>Assist in managing accounts receivable and accounts payable matters as well as treasury of the subsidiaries.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in managing payroll preparation and adhering to statutory compliances of the subsidiaries.</li>
<li>Assist in liaising with external/internal auditors, tax agents and company secretaries in a professional manner to ensure request from all parties is attended in promptly basis.</li>
