We’re looking for a strong Senior Key Account Manager to step into a leadership role — not just to manage key clients, but to act as the right-hand to the management team. This person will be the glue across teams, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, the team is supported, and we’re always moving toward growth.
You’ll lead with empathy, drive innovation, and play a key role in expanding our business and revenue streams. If you’re someone who thrives on both execution and big-picture thinking, this role is for you.

<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3>
<h4>🔹 Agency Leadership &amp; Team Support</h4>
<ul>
<li>Act as the agency lead to support the overall operation team</li>
<li>Work closely with the manager to monitor team performance, workload, and welfare</li>
<li>Identify areas for process improvement and support day-to-day issue resolution</li>
<li>Mentor junior team members and help build a positive, collaborative team culture</li>
</ul>
<h4>🔹 Client &amp; Campaign Management</h4>
<ul>
<li>Maintain and grow strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor</li>
<li>Oversee end-to-end campaign execution and ensure timelines, quality, and KPIs are met</li>
<li>Provide strategic input and creative recommendations to drive better results</li>
<li>Analyze campaign data and create performance reports with actionable insights</li>
</ul>
<h4>🔹 Innovation &amp; Business Expansion</h4>
<ul>
<li>Bring fresh ideas to the table – new campaign formats, influencer strategies, platforms, and revenue opportunities</li>
<li>Proactively identify ways to add value to clients and grow existing accounts</li>
<li>Keep a pulse on market and platform trends to keep the agency ahead of the curve</li>

<h4>🔹 Performance &amp; Internal Alignment</h4>

<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Talent Managers, Sales, Ops) to ensure number alignment</li>
<li>Help track team and client performance metrics, using data to recommend improvements</li>
<li>Assist in quarterly reviews and internal business planning </li>
</ul>
