<li>Content Briefing and Collaboration: - Liaising with Clients, Business Development Team, and Project Managers to curate and coordinate marketing strategies. - Provide clear instructions, creative direction, and necessary assets to ensure effective collaboration.</li>
<li>Relationship Management: - Proactively coming up with solutions throughout the planning and execution stage of a campaign, and ensuring that all internal teams are aligned during the campaign execution. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and influencers, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups.</li>
<li>Content Review and Approvals: - Support the Influencer Project Managers in reviewing and providing feedback on influencer- created content to ensure it meets quality standards and aligns with brand guidelines. - Collaborate with influencers to make necessary revisions and ensure content reflects the campaign's objectives.</li>
<li>Performance Tracking and Analysis: - Analyse and monitor influencer content performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversions. - Generate reports and insights for campaign optimization. Trend and Competitive Analysis: - Stay updated on industry trends, content marketing strategies, and competitor activities. - Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in influencer content strategies.</li>
<li>Mentorship Support: - Assisting Influencer Marketing Manager in coaching and mentoring junior Influencer Brand Planner or interns to support campaign operations and executions. - To provide guidance and coordinate the team in the absence of the manager and monitor the progress of junior members' performance.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Learning and Development: - Actively seek opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in influencer marketing, content strategy, and digital marketing. - Stay curious and open to learning new tools, techniques, and strategies.</li>
