About Us

Program Design &amp; Strategic Execution - Lead the strategic design and planning of impactful programs that align with organizational goals and national development priorities. - Translate strategic direction into actionable program frameworks and delivery models. including initiatives rooted in digital inclusion and esports engagement. - Identify priority focus areas, beneficiaries, and delivery modalities based on social needs and data analysis. - Develop scalable program models and replication toolkits for future expansion. - Integrate cross-cutting elements such as innovation, inclusion, and digital enablement into program design. 
Research &amp; Impact Analysis - Lead data-driven decision-making by initiating and managing research activities relevant to youth and community development. - Design and implement research protocols, including baseline studies, impact evaluations, and case studies. - Analyze and synthesize data to guide strategy and improve program effectiveness. - Develop and maintain program logic models and theories of change for new and ongoing initiatives. - Coordinate with external research partners for in-depth studies, whitepapers, and evidence generation. - Oversee the publication of research reports, policy briefs, and program insights for broader knowledge sharing. 
Resource Management &amp; Stakeholder Engagement - Forecast and manage program budgets, ensuring alignment with approved allocations and strategic priorities. - Monitor resource utilization across projects, identifying cost efficiencies and gaps. - Oversee vendor management, procurement, and contract execution in line with Standard Operating Procedures. - Build and maintain partnerships with NGOs, funders, government agencies, and grassroots networks. - Represent the organization in high-level meetings, roundtables, and program launches. 
Monitoring, Evaluation &amp; Program Optimization - Establish performance indicators for all programs in alignment with internal and external reporting needs. - Design and implement robust monitoring and evaluation (M&amp;E) systems across projects. - Manage regular data collection and analysis to assess program performance and inform improvements. - Ensure program teams use evidence to guide real-time decisions and adaptive management. - Prepare periodic M&amp;E reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders. - Oversee independent program audits, evaluations, and donor verifications. 
Operational Performance - Monitor operational goals/targets for program delivery—including efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timeliness. - Support Senior Leadership team in department-wide planning, resourcing, and capacity forecasting. - Ensure adherence to internal Standard Operating Procedures, procurement policies, and audit requirements. - Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks that may affect program delivery. - Coordinate internal workflows, timelines, and resource dependencies across departments. 
Program Execution - Supervise the roll-out of programs, ensuring quality, timeliness, and goal alignment. - Coordinate program teams and external facilitators during implementation phases. - Oversee training and onboarding of field staff, volunteers, and implementing partners. - Ensure all program activities meet safety, compliance, and ethical standards. - Track deliverables and adjust plans as needed to meet evolving ground realities. 
Communications &amp; Government Affairs - Support the creation of content for internal and external program communications, in coordination with the Strategic Communications team. - Provide accurate and timely program updates for newsletters, media releases, and donor communications. - Represent the organization in engagements with government ministries, agencies, and policy forums. - Draft speeches, talking points, and briefing notes for leadership participation in official events. - Ensure programs are aligned with current government policies, plans, and initiatives. - Facilitate government visibility and endorsement where relevant.
