About Us

This role is perfect for the data-savvy. You’ll be part of the team that helps us measure the real impact of national youth programs like Akademi Rakan Muda, Kuasa Orang Muda, NESDEG, and Dana E-Sukan. As an M&amp;E Associate, you’ll support field data collection, clean and analyze information, and help write reports that shape future programs. If you love turning numbers into stories and care about accuracy, equity, and outcomes — you’ll thrive here. 
Programmatic Support &amp; Coordination - Assist in the coordination of M&amp;E activities across projects, including site visits, surveys, and stakeholder engagements. - Liaise with program and field teams to ensure data collection aligns with implementation timelines. - Provide operational support throughout the program cycle. 
Monitoring &amp; Evaluation (M&amp;E) - Conduct on-ground data collection (enumerator work), including administering surveys, interviews, and focus groups. - Clean, organize, and manage data for analysis and reporting. - Support the development of M&amp;E dashboards, performance tracking tools, and data visualizations. - Assist in outcome mapping, indicator tracking, and post-program analysis. 
Operational Documentation - Maintain clear records of data logs, tools and processes used during project monitoring. - Support budgeting and resource tracking related to M&amp;E manpower and project operations. 
Content Drafting &amp; Reporting - Draft reports, project briefs, learning notes, and presentation decks in Bahasa Melayu and English. - Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all reporting and documentation. - Assist in translating data and insights into simple, compelling narratives for internal and external audiences.
