Key Responsibilities:

<li>Lead the end-to-end execution of IoT projects, including deployment, commissioning, and testing of smart poles and other IoT devices.</li>
<li>Manage project coordination with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.</li>
<li>Oversee vendor management by monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with project requirements.</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain key project documentation, such as project plans, deployment checklists, and SOPs.</li>
<li>Conduct on-site User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure prompt resolution of issues.</li>
<li>Provide training to clients on the delivered IoT solutions and ensure a smooth handover process.</li>
<li>Act as the primary liaison for client engagement, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.</li>
<li>Handle ad-hoc client requirements or change requests and coordinate with the technical team for necessary updates.</li>
<li>Ensure timely reporting of project progress, risks, and issues, while continuously improving project workflows.</li>
