As an IoT Technical Engineer at Inchz IOT, you’ll be at the heart of turning complex technology into real-world solutions — including traveling to client sites across Malaysia to deploy, support, and optimize IoT and RFID systems. From managing hardware deployment and system integration to providing expert technical support, you’ll ensure our cutting-edge work seamlessly for clients in logistics, retail, manufacturing, and beyond.  🛠️ What You’ll Do
Technical Support &amp; Troubleshooting
<ul>
<li>Serve as the first responder for on-site and remote technical issues</li>
<li>Diagnose and resolve hardware/software glitches efficiently</li>
<li>Conduct on-site surveys and deliver practical, effective solutions</li>
<li>Collaborate with development teams to tackle bugs and optimize system performance&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Lead System Implementation &amp; Deployment
<ul>
<li>Install and configure RFID and IoT hardware at client sites</li>
<li>Perform testing, debugging, and system commissioning</li>
<li>Guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deliver hands-on user training</li>
<li>Provide post-deployment support to ensure seamless system operation&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Build Strong Client Partnerships
<ul>
<li>Act as a trusted technical liaison to clients and end users</li>
<li>Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and provide insights</li>
<li>Conduct training sessions to empower users with system knowledge</li>
</ul>
Drive Documentation &amp; Continuous Improvement
<ul>
<li>Create and maintain technical documentation (installation guides, troubleshooting manuals, etc.)</li>
<li>Prepare performance reports and support logs for internal teams and clients.</li>
<li>Recommend improvements to tools, hardware processes, and deployment strategies&nbsp;</li>
