Job Description
- Master Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Be the first responder for on-site and remote technical issues — diagnosing hardware and software glitches swiftly.
- Conduct thorough on-site surveys to identify technical challenges and deliver effective, practical solutions.
- Work closely with development teams to tackle bugs, optimize system performance, and roll out enhancements.
- Lead System Implementation & Deployment
- Manage the installation, configuration, and smooth deployment of complex hardware infrastructures at client sites.
- Perform rigorous system testing and debugging to guarantee reliability and top performance.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deliver hands-on user training to ensure clients get the most from our solutions.
- Provide ongoing post-deployment support to ensure seamless system integration and client satisfaction.
- Build Strong Client Partnerships
- Serve as a trusted technical liaison, helping clients understand functionalities and resolve queries with confidence.
- Participate actively in client meetings to gather requirements, provide insights, and tailor solutions that fit like a glove.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions to empower clients and end-users.
- Drive Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain detailed technical documentation, from installation guides to troubleshooting manuals.
- Prepare clear performance and issue reports for internal teams and clients.
- Stay ahead of tech trends, constantly refining processes and proposing innovative upgrades to our hardware and systems.
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics & Mechatronics, IT, or related fields.
- Passion for exploring and mastering new technologies in IT and software development.
- Strong technical foundation in software programming concepts, database understanding, IT infrastructure, and system integration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across teams and with clients.
- Sharp analytical mindset with proven problem-solving abilities in IT systems and applications.
- Ability to translate customer needs into practical technical solutions quickly and effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills to structure and organize technical information.
- Team player who proactively collaborates with sales, development, and support teams to drive success.
- Familiarity with hardware and software development processes is a plus (hands-on operation not required).
