We're a fast-growing online fashion brand running on e-commerce and livestream sales โ€” and we need someone who can keep our customers happy, informed, and coming back. This isn't a boring inbox role. You'll be right in the action: responding to customers across multiple platforms, jumping into live sessions, and making sure every interaction feels smooth and human.

๐Ÿ“‹ What You'll Be Doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries across Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and e-commerce platforms
  • Monitor Facebook livestream comments in real time and assist viewers with purchase inquiries during live sessions
  • Help customers place orders, guide them through purchase steps, and process manual orders into the system when needed
  • Coordinate closely with the livestream and operations team to keep things running smoothly
  • Handle post-sale inquiries โ€” order tracking, delivery updates, and basic issue resolution
  • Assist with light operational or procurement tasks during quieter periods
  • Maintain records of customer conversations and submit a simple end-of-day summary report







Job Requirements

โœ… What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) โ€” this role regularly involves interacting with Mandarin-speaking customers
  • Strong written communication skills, especially for responding to customer inquiries and fast-moving livestream comments. Comfortable with computers, messaging apps, and basic spreadsheets
  • Organised, responsible, and able to manage tasks independently without hand-holding
  • Patient, positive, and genuinely solution-oriented when things get tricky

During your first month, you'll receive structured onboarding to get familiar with our workflow, tools, and communication style. After that, you'll operate with more independence, staying connected through a simple daily reporting structure.
