We're on the lookout for a <strong>Retail Operation Senior Executive</strong> who’s not just organized and detail-oriented—but also excited to make a real impact on how our stores run, feel, and perform.<br></p>
<p>In this role, you’ll be the go-to person to help keep our retail engine running smoothly. From supporting store teams and improving operations to optimizing customer experiences and driving sales performance—you’ll play a key part in helping us grow and scale in exciting new ways.<br></p>
<p><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></p>
<p>🔧 <strong>Keeping Stores Running Like Clockwork</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets to ensure everything runs      smoothly and efficiently.</li>
<li>Collaborate with store teams to tackle issues, support staffing needs, and maintain excellent service standards.<br></li>
</ul>
<p>📊 <strong>Tracking the Numbers That Matter</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor sales and stock levels across stores, identify trends, and propose      strategies to hit (or exceed!) targets.</li>
<li>Work closely with the inventory team to make sure shelves are stocked and ready      to sell.</li>
</ul>
<p>🎨 <strong>Making Stores Look Amazing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure top-notch visual merchandising—from clean displays to effective      promotional signage.</li>
<li>Partner with the marketing team to roll out fun and effective in-store campaigns.</li>
</ul>
<p>🤝 <strong>Creating Great Customer Moments</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support the implementation of high customer service standards (think: happy,      helpful, and memorable experiences).</li>
<li>Help manage escalated customer issues across both physical stores and platforms like WhatsApp.</li>
</ul>
<p>💸 <strong>Staying On Top of the Cash Game</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure strong cash handling procedures and accurate reporting.</li>
<li>Work with the finance team on reconciliations and audits.</li>
</ul>
<p>🚀 <strong>Supporting Growth and New Store Launches</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Be part of exciting new store openings—from scouting spots to supporting      launch-day logistics.</li>
<li>Coordinate with various teams to get new locations up and running without a hitch&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
