<p>We’re looking for a social media whizz who’s as confident in front of the camera as they are crafting viral content strategies behind the scenes. You’re a natural storyteller, a fast-moving content creator, and someone who’s obsessed with trends, pets, and performance metrics.</p>
<p>If your idea of a good day involves shooting TikToks, ideating viral Instagram Reels, building online communities, and driving real results through creative content—this is the role for you.</p>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<h4><strong>Social Media &amp; Content Creation</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Ideate, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality content across platforms (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Posts, Shorts).</li>
<li>Manage day-to-day content calendar and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.</li>
<li>Develop a fun, relatable, and authentic brand voice that resonates with the pet-loving community.</li>
<li>Track social media trends, algorithm changes, and viral moments to keep content fresh and engaging.</li>
<li>Analyze performance metrics and use data to guide content optimization.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Influencer &amp; Community Marketing</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Identify and manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and UGC creators.</li>
<li>Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and trending discussions in real time.</li>
<li>Plan and execute strategies to encourage user-generated content and community participation.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Brand &amp; Marketing Strategy</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visuals across all digital platforms.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the broader marketing, design, and creative teams on campaign ideation and execution.</li>
<li>Produce assets for both organic and paid campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and engagement.</li>
<li>Contribute to broader marketing initiatives, including email, retail promotions, and product launches.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Events &amp; Promotions</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Attend and create real-time content at events, activations, and in-store happenings.</li>
<li>Coordinate with retail and eCommerce teams to promote time-sensitive campaigns (e.g. flash sales, new store openings).&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
