Job Description

Join INFLUASIA and gain hands-on experience in digital advertising, campaign execution, analytics, and partnership activations. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, tech-savvy, and willing to learn by doing.

What You’ll Get Your Hands On

• Set up, manage, and monitor paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Use Google Analytics and other tools to track campaign performance and generate insights.
• Support lead generation, campaign reporting, and Post Campaign Reports (PCRs).
• Develop marketing ideas around trends, festive moments, and cultural occasions.
• Assist with media and talent proposals for prospective clients.
• Support on-ground activations, including setting up windflags, buntings, and other promotional materials.
• Attend events and networking sessions to support partnerships and lead generation.
• Assist with campaign ideation, execution, and other ad-hoc initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working across teams. 
• Analytical mindset with the ability to research, interpret data, and gather insights. 
• Willing to learn and work with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools. 
• Familiarity with social media boosting or paid advertising is a bonus. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. 
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
• Positive, proactive, and eager to learn, take feedback, and get hands-on.
