Our Mission.

<div class="trix-content"> <div>Key Responsibilities: </div><ul><li>Perform the configuration and maintenance of network hardware and software, including switches and firewalls.</li><li>Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal functionality.</li><li>Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for reporting/reference purposes.</li><li>Provide technical support to end-users and resolve network-related issues in a timely manner.</li><li>Perform the traffic enforcement camera network configuration particularly Jenoptik Robot, Redflex and EKIN.</li><li>Prepare, configure, install, test and commission LTE network from enforcement camera to appointed data center and disaster recovery center.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform network migration as and when required.</li><li>Ensure network availability according to the committed customer’s SLA.</li><li>Conduct proof-of-concept as and when required. Advise and prepare report on the reliability of the tested hardware.</li><li>Provide technical expertise in any exercise required by the project, i.e. Security Posture Assessment (SPA) or Disaster Recovery (DR) exercise.</li></ul> </div>
