<li>Plan, organize and coordinate the execution of sales and post sales.</li>
<li>Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.</li>
<li>Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.</li>
<li>Maintaining relationship with all existing and potential clients.</li>
<li>Prepare/present presentations, Jobsheet and price quotations or project proposal.</li>
<li>Work closely with Designer/Production/Traffic after receive inquiry from clients, follow up PO and payment with clients.</li>
<li>To follow up with clients on sales or order status, and provide excellent after sales service.</li>
<li>To achieve monthly sales target set by the Company or Manager individually and as a team.</li>
<li>Listen to and care for customers, feedback customer needs and improve customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Generate daily and weekly reports to the Management, voice out about existing concerns, and provide constructive feedback / solutions.</li>
<li>Submit daily and weekly sales reports</li>
<li>Pay attention to the market trends of dealers, competitive brands and end customers, and timely feedback market information to the company.</li>
<li>Any other sales tasks that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.</li>
