The Role: As a Structural Designer, you’ll architect innovative, cost-effective, and structurally sound corrugated POP displays and packaging from concept to reality. You’ll collaborate with sales and creative teams to deliver designs that dominate retail floors—blending aesthetics, function, and manufacturability.

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Lead end-to-end design: Develop cutting-edge, visually striking POP displays (temporary/permanent) balancing creativity, cost, and structural integrity.</li>
<li>Master production-ready solutions: Create designs optimized for printing, die-cutting, gluing, and assembly (corrugated expertise essential).</li>
<li>Drive ideation: Generate fresh concepts for existing/new clients using consumer/market trend insights.</li>
<li>Own prototyping: Build high-quality physical mock-ups for client approvals and production validation.</li>
<li>Ensure excellence: Review designs against testing standards; troubleshoot performance/assembly issues.</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Sales, Graphics, and Production teams to align deliverables.</li>
<li>Deliver on deadline: Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment without compromising quality.</li>
