<p>Account Executive - Trade Account Receivable is responsible for prompt invoicing and support monthly and yearly account receivable closing. The qualified individual should be able to successfully thrive and lead in a fast-paced and dynamic digital marketing environment.</p>

<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Perform day to day account receivable financial      transactions i.e issue invoices, credit      note, generate monthly customer statements;</li>
<li>liaise with internal stakeholder or customer for any changes requested on invoicing&nbsp;</li>
<li>Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly recorded in quickbook accounting system (taking into account the 2% EPD provided by Credit Controller)</li>
<li>Perform Monthly manual upload, or key in, invoices into customers' accounts invoicing portals, or supplier portals;</li>
<li>Update payment received in bank book and accounting system, ensuring no receipts are left unallocated at month end and co-operate with peers for unidentified receipts;</li>
<li>Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues and request;</li>
<li>Assists in month end and year end account receivable closing;</li>
<li>Prepare official receipt for SME customer for SME grants application;</li>
<li>Maintain an organise filing/scanning of payment vouchers and supporting documents</li>
<li>Render support during interim and final audit&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.</li>
