Job Description

•  Blogger / KOL Liaison and Management 博主 / KOL 对接与管理
• Liaison with TikTok / Xiaohongshu / Instagram Bloggers 对接 TikTok / 小红书 / Instagram 博主 
• Communicate cooperation methods, content direction, and publishing requirements 沟通合作方式、内容方向及发布要求 
• Maintain blogger partnerships and build a long-term blogger resource pool 维护博主合作关系，建立长期博主资源库 
• Store Visit Project Execution and Coordination 探店项目执行与协调
• Arrange blogger store visit times and shooting processes according to merchant needs 根据商家需求安排博主探店时间与拍摄流程 
• Coordinate bloggers, merchants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution 协调博主、商家及内部团队，确保项目顺利执行 
• Track store visit shooting, publishing, and delivery progress 跟进探店拍摄、发布及交付进度 
• Content Review and Quality Control 内容审核与质量把控
• Review whether blogger video/image content complies with brand and platform specifications 审核博主视频/图片内容是否符合品牌及平台规范 
• Ensure content information is accurate and the style meets project requirements 确保内容信息准确，风格符合项目要求 
• Provide basic modification suggestions and follow up on optimization 提供基础修改建议并跟进优化 
• Project Progress and Result Reporting 项目进度与成果汇报
• Record the execution status of each store visit project 记录各个探店项目执行情况 
• Organize publishing links and basic data (views, interactions, etc.) 整理发布链接及基础数据（浏览量、互动量等） 
• Provide project progress feedback to the team or client 提供基础修改建议并跟进优化 
• Cross-Departmental Communication and Support 跨部门沟通与支持
• Maintain communication with operations, sales, or project managers 与运营、销售或项目经理保持沟通 
• Assist in formulating blogger cooperation plans and store visit execution processes 协助制定博主合作方案及探店执行流程  

Job Requirements

• Education / Background 教育背景
• Undergraduate or fresh graduate 本科在读或应届毕业生 
• Students from Marketing, Media, Communication, Business or related fields are preferred 市场营销、媒体、传播、商业或相关专业优先 
• No prior experience required; training will be provided 无需相关经验，公司将提供培训 
• Platform Interest 平台兴趣
• Active user of TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED) or Instagram 活跃使用 TikTok、小红书（RED）或 Instagram 
• Strong interest in influencer marketing, store visit content and social media trends 对网红营销、探店内容及社交媒体趋势有浓厚兴趣 
• Basic Skills 基础技能
• Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Excel, WhatsApp) 具备基本电脑操作能力（Google Docs、Excel、WhatsApp） 
• Willing to learn, responsible and comfortable with communication 愿意学习，有责任感，具备良好的沟通能力 
• Able to communicate with Chinese, English & Malay language. 需要有华语，英文，马来文的沟通能力

• Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills 注重细节，具备良好的跟进能力
