Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management & Growth: Lead the end-to-end operation and strategic growth of official brand accounts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, including content planning, publishing schedules, and community management.
  2. Content Strategy: Translate product USPs (Unique Selling Points) and market insights into brand-aligned content strategies that drive high engagement and conversion rates.
  3. Creative Production: Oversee the conceptualization, production, and quality control of multimedia content (short videos, graphics, and copy), building a sustainable library of high-quality brand assets.
  4. Growth Hacking: Leverage platform trends, hashtags, interactive mechanisms, and influencer collaborations to boost follower growth, engagement rates, and organic reach.
  5. Data Analysis & Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (Impressions, Engagement Rate, Follower Growth, VTR, CVR, etc.), generate actionable reports, and continuously iterate strategies based on data insights.
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Design and Marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution and maximize brand impact and business efficiency.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in social media operations, content marketing, or brand management.
  3. Platform Expertise: Deep familiarity with the ecosystems, recommendation algorithms, and user behaviors of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
  4. Creative Excellence: Strong content planning skills and aesthetic judgment, with the ability to provide clear creative briefs and drive high-quality output.
  5. Analytical Mindset: Highly data-sensitive with the ability to use analytics to optimize content performance and operational efficiency.
  6. Good command of English; Mandarin (basic Mandarin for daily communication is sufficient) for cross-regional communication

Bonus Points (Preferred)

  1. Proven track record of building social accounts from scratch or creating "viral" content cases.
  2. Deep understanding of overseas cultural trends and localized content preferences.
  3. Proficiency in basic creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
