Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and execution‑focused Assistant Manager, Brand Communications to lead B2B brand and event projects from concept to completion. This role requires hands‑on ownership of end‑to‑end events, strong client servicing capabilities, and the ability to manage teams and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

You will play a key role in delivering impactful brand experiences while ensuring operational excellence, timeline control, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Event & Brand Project Management

  • Lead and manage end‑to‑end brand and event initiatives, from concept development and planning through to execution and post‑event reporting
  • Oversee all event elements including creative concepts, timelines, budgets, vendors, logistics, production, and on‑site operations
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, managing briefings, presentations, coordination, and issue resolution
  • Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, proactive problem‑solving, and professional service delivery
  • Liaise closely with internal teams, suppliers, production partners, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution

Team Leadership & Quality Control

  • Manage and mentor project team members with clear task allocation, accountability, and performance standards
  • Conduct quality checks on all event deliverables, communications, and on‑site execution with strong attention to detail
  • Anticipate risks and troubleshoot challenges before and during events to ensure smooth delivery


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, Event Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in brand communications, events, or marketing (B2B experience required)
  • Proven experience managing events and brand projects end to end
  • Prior experience leading or supervising a team
  • Strong client servicing, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking abilities
  • Able to perform well under pressure and manage tight timelines
