Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator with a strong background in administration and accounting to join our team. This role involves overseeing daily office operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office administration and basic accounting tasks
     
  • Maintain and update records, confidential data, and filing systems
     
  • Oversee office maintenance and equipment upkeep
     
  • Ensure proper filing and bookkeeping of accounting documents
     
  • Work closely with management to improve administrative and accounting processes
     
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
     
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
     
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and operational support as required

Job Requirements

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
     
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in administration and accounts
     
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
     
  • Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
     
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
