<li>To handle courier, mail, fax - incoming and outgoing of the Business Centre.</li>

<li>To administer tenants' complaints.</li>
<li>To check all suppliers' invoices and prepare for payments at the end of every month.</li>
<li>To check and maintain tenants "Charge of Account" - billing for all other services that tenants utilised and prepare the monthly summary for invoicing purpose.</li>
<li>To prepare housekeeping schedule for cleaners and security guards and maintain the records.</li>
