IOI Corporation Berhad (IOI) is a leading global integrated and sustainable palm oil player. We are listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Berhad and trading as MYX: 1961. Our palm oil business consists of upstream plantation in both Malaysia and Indonesia; and downstream resource-based manufacturing business.&nbsp;
Our resource-based manufacturing business consists of three segments: refining, oleochemical and specialty oils and fats. We own two palm oil refineries in Malaysia and four oleochemical manufacturing plants in Malaysia and Germany. Our specialty oils and fats manufacturing business is carried out by our 20%-owned associate company, Bunge Loders Croklaan (formerly known as IOI Loders Croklaan), which has manufacturing operations in Malaysia, the Netherlands, USA, Canada, Ghana and the People’s Republic of China. Our downstream products are exported to more than 70 countries worldwide. It also includes sustainable palm wood panels developed from oil palm trunks and can be used for furniture making and in the building industry.

Job Description/Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and challenges.</li><li>Translate market insights into actionable strategies to enhance our competitive advantage and drive business growth.</li><li>Source and evaluate potential investment opportunities, including new business ventures, joint ventures (JVs), and venture capital deals.</li><li>Identify and pursue strategic collaboration opportunities with external partners, including start-ups, companies, research institutions, and government agencies.</li><li>Manage partnerships and alliances to drive mutual value and achieve strategic objectives.</li><li>Assist in developing and formulating business strategy, in line with the Group’s objectives and sustainable growth.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in overseeing strategic reviews and executions of these strategies and investment projects, including tracking key performance and milestones.</li><li>Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of investments to assess performance, identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Provide insights and reports to senior management and stakeholders on strategy execution and investment outcomes.</li><li>Coordinate innovation initiatives and projects, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement within the organization.</li><li>Take on ad-hoc responsibilities as needed to support strategic initiatives, investment activities, and business development efforts.</li></ul>
