<li>Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest experience.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient operations and service delivery.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in inventory control, stock management, and ordering of supplies when required.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving outlet sales targets.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and workplace safety regulations.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Act as the Person-in-Charge (PIC) during the absence of the Operations Manager.</li>
