Job Description

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service. 
• Supervise and support supervisors, service crew, baristas, and other operational staff. 
• Ensure all team members comply with company policies, SOPs, hygiene, and service standards. 
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and work performance. 
• Prepare and manage staff duty rosters and manpower scheduling. 
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally. 
• Monitor restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest experience. 
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient operations and service delivery. 
• Assist in inventory control, stock management, and ordering of supplies when required. 
• Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving outlet sales targets. 
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management. 
• Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. 
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and workplace safety regulations. 
• Act as the Person-in-Charge (PIC) during the absence of the Operations Manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in F&B, restaurant or hospitality operations
• Leadership and team management experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work weekends and public holidays
• Positive attitude with a hands-on approach to operations
• Experience in event or banquet operations is an advantage
