Full-Time
Sales & Operations · Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur
This is a real role with real responsibility — and if you're the right person, you'll know it immediately.
We are a boutique property development and investment firm operating across Damansara Heights and the broader Klang Valley. Our portfolio spans residential development, commercial leasing, and co-living accommodation. We work at a high standard, move quickly, and hold ourselves to a level of quality that most people in this industry don't bother with.
We're looking for someone who can run with both hands — comfortable behind a desk processing sales documentation one moment, and on the phone with a purchaser or contractor the next. You'll be the connective tissue between our sales, operations, and management functions.
Sales Administration
– Process and manage sales documents — booking forms, SPAs, Letters of Offer, receipts, and progressive billing schedules
– Track loan applications, SPA signing milestones, and purchaser disbursements with precision
– Liaise with buyers, solicitors, and bankers to keep transactions on schedule
– Maintain clean, accurate records of unit availability, pricing, and buyer data
– Support sales launches and marketing events when required
Property & Operations Admin
– Handle day-to-day administrative work across our property management operations — correspondence, filing, invoice tracking, payment records
– Attend to tenant and resident inquiries by phone, email, and walk-in — professionally and without escalating the small stuff
– Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance scheduling and follow-up
– Assist in billing, collection tracking, and documentation for compliance and audit purposes
– Keep the office running — organized, well-stocked, and on top of what needs doing
Team & Management Support
– Prepare reports, presentations, and internal memos for management
– Coordinate across project, sales, and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction flow
– Take meeting minutes and follow through on action items without being asked twice
We are not looking for someone who needs to be managed. We're looking for someone who manages themselves.
– You take ownership — if something is yours, you see it through
– You are organized without being rigid — you know what matters and what can wait
– You communicate clearly, follow up consistently, and don't let things fall through the cracks
– You are comfortable dealing with people at all levels — buyers, tenants, lawyers, contractors, management
– You spot problems before they become someone else's emergency
– You speak and write English well; Bahasa Malaysia is required; Mandarin is a genuine advantage given our buyer profile
– RM 3,000 per month, commensurate with experience and quality of candidate
– Accommodation provided — this is a meaningful part of the package, particularly for candidates relocating or looking to reduce overheads
– A very lean, high-calibre team environment — you will learn more here than in a large corporation where you're one of thirty doing the same thing
– Direct exposure to boutique property development, commercial leasing, and investment operations in one of KL's most aspirational postcodes
– Genuine opportunity to grow with the business for the right person
If this sounds like the role you've been waiting for, we want to hear from you.
Send your CV and a brief note on why you're the right fit. We read every application.
Applications without a cover note will be considered — but the ones with one will stand out.
– Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Marketing, or a related field (Degree preferred; Diploma considered for the right candidate)
– 1–2 years of working experience; property developer or property management background is an advantage
– Proficient in deploying social media and leveraging AI e.g. Claude/Chatgpt/Gemini
– Familiar with property transaction processes (SPA, loan documentation, progressive billing) is a bonus, not a requirement
– Mandarin proficiency is a significant plus — part of our buyer base and tenant profile is Chinese-speaking
