Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategies to grow our wellness and nutraceutical brands across e-commerce and social media platforms.
The ideal candidate is experienced in performance marketing, e-commerce growth, and data-driven campaigns, with a strong track record of scaling online sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and online sales.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social media, search, and e-commerce platforms.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize return on ad spend (ROAS).
2. Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on
- Facebook
- Instagram
- TikTok
- XHS
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, targeting, and conversion rates.
- Track campaign performance and optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC).
3. E-Commerce Growth
- Manage and optimize online stores on
- Shopee
- Lazada
- Plan major sales campaigns (e.g. 9.9, 11.11, 12.12).
- Improve product listings, conversion rates, and online customer experience.
4. Content & Social Media Strategy
- Develop engaging social media strategies to grow brand awareness and community engagement.
- Work with designers and content creators to produce marketing assets, videos, and campaign materials.
- Manage influencer collaborations and affiliate marketing campaigns.
5. Data Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools such as
- Google Analytics
- Meta Ads Manager
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data analysis.
6. Team & Vendor Management
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and freelancers.
- Ensure marketing projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Job Requirements
Key Requirements :-
-4-7 years experience in digital marketing.
-Strong experience in performance marketing and e-commerce platforms.
-Proven track record in scaling online sales and digital campaigns.
-Strong analytical and leadership skills.
Preferred Experience :-
-Experience in health supplements / wellness products
-Familiar with influencer and affiliate marketing.
