<li>Responsible for building alignment with line managers to ensure the best practice and compliance with labor laws &amp; regulations and corporate policy.</li>
<li>Provide advice and coaching line managers on all human resource-related matters.</li>
<li>Maintain HR database to be accurate and up-to-date and provide efficient HR reports and propose findings &amp; solutions to the management team.</li>
<li>Handle HR documents according to company working processes and policies.</li>
<li>Keep up to date with trends and best practices in the HR areas.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>
<li>Manpower Plan and Monitoring with the operation team .</li>
<li>Process monthly payroll (timesheet, OT calculation etc.).</li>
<li>Prepare monthly reports to superior.</li>
