Job Description


  • Begins to develop a current knowledge of HR Laws and Regulations.
  • Develops a working knowledge of HR information databases and searchable resources.
  • Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects
  • Prepare Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents
  • Work proactively with other team members.
  • Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position
  • Effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent.
  • Preferred computer skill(s): Microsoft Office such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (Candidates with Mandarin language is added advantage as the candidate will need to go through our educational guideline in Mandarin).
  • Able to work in fast paced environment, multi-tasking and willing to learn.
  • The candidate must be willing to travel to Perai, Penang Mainland.
