Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing IT-related contracts
- Support compliance efforts for FDA, HIPAA, GxP, and licensing agreements
- Help manage and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Conduct legal research on data governance and regulatory frameworks
- Organize and maintain legal documentation and contract databases
- Collaborate with IT and legal teams on cross-functional projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Law related discipline
- Basic knowledge in IT will be preferable
