Job Description:
Experienced Conveyancing Clerk ( at least 1 year experience or more)
<ul>
<li>Handle conveyancing files from start to finish, including sale and purchase agreements, transfers, loan documentation, and perfection of transfer/charge, entry &amp; withdrawal of caveats, RPGT submissions, online adjudications et cetera.</li>
<li>Liaise with clients, banks, developers, and government agencies</li>
<li>Monitor file progress and ensure timely submissions and follow-ups</li>
<li>Raise payment vouchers, invoices, and follow up on collection</li>
<li>Prepare legal documentation, forms, letters, and status reports</li>
<li>Manage deadlines and maintain proper file records and updates</li>
<li>Perform other tasks or work assigned by the firm from time to time and as and when required.</li>
