Hankidz is looking for a Front Desk & Operations Executive who enjoys working in an education environment, interacting with parents and children, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is a balance of people-facing work and focused administrative tasks:

• Saturdays: You’ll be physically present and be the welcoming face of the academy.
• Weekdays: Primarily administrative work, with flexibility to explore work-from-home on one weekday and one weekday rest day.

Job Requirements

🎉 Front Desk & Parent Engagement

• Be the friendly face of Hankidz, welcoming students, parents, and visitors
• Create warm first impressions and positive experiences for families
• Communicate confidently and kindly with parents and students
• Represent the center with professionalism, care, and heart
   

🗂️ Admin & Operations Support

• Keep student enrolments, records, and documents organised and up to date
• Respond to enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and email with clarity and warmth
• Handle student payments, track balances, and support simple financial records
• Prepare class materials, attendance lists, and basic reports
• Support workshops, events, and meetings (yes, including notes and coordination!)
• Ensure data is accurate and systems are kept tidy and reliable
